What are the advertising dimensions for your kiosk screens?

Our kiosk screens use an advertising display size of 1070 × 1920 pixels in a vertical (portrait) format. This size is ideal for displaying high-quality promotional content, digital signage, menus, product information, and customer-facing advertisements. For the best results, content should be designed to match these dimensions to ensure images, videos, and messaging display correctly.

For the best display quality, advertisements should be supplied in commonly used formats such as MP4 videos, JPG images, or PNG files. To ensure smooth playback and fast loading, each file should be no larger than 15MB. We recommend using high-quality content that is optimised for digital display while keeping within the required file size limit.

Kiosk screens do not always require wifi, but wifi does expand the screen functionality.

Kiosks operate offline and for basic tasks by storing data locally on the device being used. Being connected to wifi is recommended when features such as real time content updates, remote management, cloud based applications, online ordering, live information feeds, analytics or payments are required.
